Nostalgia is often triggered by something reminding the me of a moment or an object from my past.
The resulting emotion can vary from happiness to sorrow.
The feeling of "feeling nostalgic" is more commonly used to describe pleasurable emotions associated with someone or somplace and a longing to go back to a particular period of time.
It is always in black and white sometimes i feel my memory is colorblind or once that period has passed it loses colors and sometimes fades out from our memory.
Missing a place is a Cat feeling...that old bunglaw,vintage furniture,texture of your grandmother's sweater,powder puff,school bench desk,that cold street,a dew drop on a flower...
That smell ,a scene from a romantic movie you have watched.....
placing a kiss on the forehead ...
The silence of being under water.......
the feeling of being tipsy when you are thinking and wanting....
everyday life creates memories for tomorrow ...
the better places, better people and raising the quality of life by having a positive approach to object around you and to notice and look at everything around you will give you so much to remember and cherish...

Never let your memories fade away.....they should be remembered,written,framed.......!!!!!!!
Nostalgia is also missing a feeling...a feeling of being secure within the circumference of a hug....rubbing against the moist cold body...placing a kiss on the forehead ...
